Tasks
Ensuring the reception and delivery of goods, and indexing them in the computer system.
Planning the delivery and pick-up of products with carriers, greeting them during deliveries, and checking the condition of received goods.
Maintaining inventory and the associated computer system.
Entering any other data into the company's computer system.
Routing documents related to the receipt of goods, product quality and safety, and shipping receipts to the appropriate departments.
Ensuring compliance with the company's quality procedures.
Ensuring that machines and equipment are compliant and well maintained.
Verifying the accuracy of orders.
Maintaining good relations with team members.
Conducting work follow-ups at the end of the day.
Sharing your ideas to continually improve the company.
Assessing the team with other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
Five years of previous supervisory experience.
Experience in production planning and workflow sequencing.
Diploma of Collegiate Studies (DCS).
Proficient in French, professional English.
Proficient in Excel.
Experience in a food environment.
Experience in a unionized environment.
