Tasks
Diagnose equipment problems.
Ensure effective communication with the Volvo supplier, whether through the Tech Line or direct calls, to facilitate accurate diagnosis.
Perform maintenance and repair of machines.
Conduct preventive maintenance.
Ensure safety and cleanliness of the premises, tools, and work equipment.
Provide excellent customer service during communications with clients.
Report problematic situations and emphasize continuous improvement.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEP in construction equipment mechanics or other relevant training.
Between 2 and 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs and diagnostics.
Experience with heavy vehicles (an asset).
Understanding of diagrams and schematics.
Class 5 driver's license.
Licenses 421A and 310T are assets.
Bilingualism (French and English) to communicate with English-speaking clients (an asset).
