Purpose

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Welder to perform technicians to perform sheet metal structural repair and overhaul work on a large variety of aircraft components.

What you'll do:

• Perform welding tasks on aerospace components with precision and adherence to specifications.
• Develop and build fixtures and supports for production.
• Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Utilize various welding techniques including TIG and MIG on materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium.
• Ensure welds meet structural integrity and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify weld quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Your ideal background :

• Proven experience as a welder, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Welding certification is an asset.
• Bilingual French and English.
