Tasks
Overseeing the three key areas of production: Human resources, health and safety at work, and continuous improvement.
Maintaining production pace by involving all factory stakeholders and supervising between 3 and 4 team leaders.
Establishing, applying, and ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, as well as health and safety at work.
Resolving operational issues and production obstacles in collaboration with the relevant resources.
Performing all other related tasks.

Job requirements
Education or experience in food sciences, engineering, food technology, or any relevant field.
A minimum of six (6) years of experience in production, operations, or manufacturing in the food industry.
Experience with BRC and HACCP standards.
Desired profile
Leadership, autonomy, and strong communication skills.
Highly motivated to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to balance short-term changing priorities with long-term goals.
