How You'll Perform the Role
The incumbent is responsible for the planning of daily and medium-term maintenance tasks. He is responsible for the accuracy of the data of the management of the preventive maintenance system. He is instrumental in the Asset Care Management of the equipment and the Facility. He plans, organizes and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance with his team for the maintenance sector. Ensures that inventory control is respected. He ensures compliance with the HACCP program for his various sectors of activity as well as the rules and procedures in terms of health and safety at work.
• Coordination of Service Calls: Organize and follow up on external service interventions, ensuring that the tasks of mechanics and contractors are properly carried out. • Good Work Planning: Establish a schedule for maintenance work, prioritizing tasks according to their urgency and importance. Ensure compliance with deadlines for preventive maintenance on each piece of equipment. • Maintenance Work Monitoring: Monitor and document the maintenance work carried out, ensuring that it is carried out according to established standards. • PM Planning with Suppliers and Maintenance Team: Collaborate with suppliers to plan preventive maintenance interventions, thus guaranteeing the durability of the equipment. • Data analysis: FMEA Analysis (Failure Mode Analysis and Effects) • Project management: management of suppliers, associated schedules, and costs. • Small to medium-sized projects. • Use of PM Systems and Internal Work Order: Use IT systems for preventive maintenance management and follow-up of internal work orders. (interal, Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows software) Analysis of service calls, preventive maintenance in order to develop optimization techniques. • Creating a Voucher: Issue purchase orders for required parts and services, ensuring that budgets and internal procedures are respected. • Parts Purchasing and Inventory Control: (in support/replacement) Purchase necessary parts while controlling inventory to avoid stock-outs and optimize costs. • Parts Inventory: (in support/replacement) Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts, ensuring that inventory is sufficient to meet maintenance needs.
What We Need From You
• Organization and Planning: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Communication: Ability to interact with various stakeholders (suppliers, mechanics, etc.) in a clear and effective manner. • Technical skills: Understanding of the maintenance systems and equipment used. • Inventory Management: Knowledge of inventory management and procurement. • Languages: French (advanced), English (advanced) • Experience with a CMMS system • Education: Vocational diploma, college diploma or equivalent • Experience: 2-3 years in project management, mechanical/maintenance field. • Availability (on call for emergencies) • Flexible scheduling depending on the project
