Your future role on our team

Reporting to the Director of Quality and Improvement, you'll assume various responsibilities in the fields of quality, continuous improvement and data management.

You'll work at our head office in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, where you'll have the chance to work with the team and many other people at BBA.

Quality and Improvement culture

  • actively promote quality and continuous improvement within the firm.
  • advise project teams on process and quality management.
  • plan, coordinate and facilitate various improvement activities.
  • develop and guide the design and delivery of quality and improvement training sessions.
  • actively support the organization in its growth, expansion and transformation.

Continuous improvement

  • support the firm in identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve corporate processes.
  • provide training in the A3 Thinking approach, coordinate its use in internal projects and clarify project objectives.
  • guide project teams in analyzing root causes and establishing corrective actions associated with quality issues (problem-solving).

Quality system data management and team support

  • constantly monitor the quality, integrity and accuracy of master data under the department's responsibility.
  • analyze trends associated with quality measurement indicators and present conclusions, recommended actions and
  • suggested follow-ups.
  • support the Quality team in identifying and implementing internal improvement projects.

Summary of certifications and job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or any other relevant field
  • From three to five years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of quality management concepts, tools and methods
  • Knowledge of main continuous improvement tools
  • Proficient in English and French, both spoken and written
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and Power BI
  • Available for short-term travel to other BBA offices
  • Asset: proficient with ISO standards
  • Asset: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
