You are:
A transformation maestro with tons of experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization for Enterprise Asset Management. You're in your element using your know-how to solve clients' most complex business problems and helping their companies do more. As a client advisor, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you've got the leadership skills to handle the pressure.
The work:
Use your business smarts to kick-start Enterprise Asset Management transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
Show clients how they can use SAP EAM/IAM to solve their business problems.
Help set the strategy for near-term goals.
Work with senior managers at a client and/or at Accenture - and be ready to negotiate or communicate persuasively on key issues.
Use your judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments.
Here's what you need:
Minimum 7 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience
Experience working with utility clients.
Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and/or Enterprise Asset Management
Minimum 3 years of experience as a team lead/lead consultant on a large SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources
Bilingual (French and English)
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
