Tasks
Shape the Future: design preliminary sketches and finalized plans using AutoCAD and Revit while managing site surveys and overseeing all technical aspects of the project.
Ensure Project Integrity: thoroughly analyze plans and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and conduct rigorous quality control.
Flawless Coordination: align plans with various stakeholders (architects, engineers, subcontractors) and coordinate technical planning with a focus on challenges, budgets, and timelines.
Oversee Excellence On-Site: conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and finishes, and address unforeseen challenges with ingenuity.
Be the Voice of the Project: maintain transparent communication with clients, keep them informed at every stage, and adjust proposals to meet their expectations.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.
Advantages

Job requirements
Recognized Education: diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Architectural Technology.
Solid Experience: at least 10 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design.
Diverse Expertise: proven experience in delivering multi-residential, corporate, commercial, and institutional projects.
Required Mobility: a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for efficient client site visits.
Language Proficiency: excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
Technical Knowledge: strong understanding of the Quebec Building Code and applicable standards.
Professional Tools: proficiency in essential software, including MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe (Photoshop and Illustrator are must-haves).
Construction Know-How: in-depth knowledge of construction and cabinetry techniques.
Additional Skill: familiarity with MS Project (an asset).
