Nous recherchons un Spécialiste des Opérations de Niveau Secondaire expérimenté, qui sera responsable de la coordination, de la gestion, de l'exécution et des activités de maintenance réactive nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des opérations réseau client (24/7). We are looking for a Senior Second Level Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution, and reactive maintenance activities required to run smooth customer network operations (24/7). This role ensures that the services provided to customers are continuously available and meet the targeted SLA performance levels.
Manage Network Operations on our cloud-based as-a-service solution.
Lead Assurance activities, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Performance Management, Change Management, and other Service Operations functions.
Handle faults and take corrective actions.
Deploy, integrate, configure, and troubleshoot new nodes on the cloud (Azure).
Perform proactive maintenance activities to ensure network reliability.
Provide reporting on multiple platforms, correlating data from various sources.
Ensure the delivered solution is properly implemented and functions according to requirements.
Provide Solution Support, including managing Helpdesk and Customer Support Requests.
Prepare and execute supply and acceptance projects with customers.
Prepare, verify, and execute software upgrades and updates.
Handle faults and corrective actions on node, service, and infrastructure levels.
Drive continuous improvements in operational processes and workflows.
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines.
Use Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Azure Monitor for monitoring and troubleshooting.
Work with VPC, VPN, and Load Balancing in cloud environments.
A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in Network/IT Operations.
ITIL Experience.
Knowledge of a telecommunications environment and understanding of eSIM provisioning flows.
Strong communication skills and customer management abilities.
Hands-on experience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
Software development experience in Java.
Familiarity with IAM, SSO, and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions (e.g., Keycloak, Azure AD).
Fluent in English.
