Landmark is looking for a Transaction Manager to join our organization.


Reporting to the Director of Corporate Accounts - Eastern Canada the Transaction Manager is responsible for the management of leases for Landmark clients' real estate portfolio in the province of Quebec and throughout Atlantic Canada. This includes the coordination and execution of real estate activities, namely negotiating real estate transactions.

This position requires someone who is organized and able to quickly understand priorities, manage time and other resources, and adapt to changing conditions on the go. In parallel, a full commitment to the success of the business and high standards of achievement are expected in this position.

Based out of our Montreal office, the Transaction Manager, amongst other Landmark team members, is the face of Landmark to our clients across Canada.


Your Key Responsibilities


  • Negotiation of a high volume of commercial real estate transactions.
  • Coordination with external and internal resources as required to bring projects to a successful conclusion.
  • Communication with team members, landlords, brokers, clients, governmental authorities and other real estate professionals as needed.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends in the subject territory.
  • Participation in regular meetings with clients.
  • Tracking of critical lease dates.
  • Preparing and sending various reports and documents.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate billing of fees.


Your abilities

  • Passionate about commercial real estate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.
  • Able to manage a high volume and variety of work.
  • A problem solver.
  • Quick to build meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues.
  • Friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others.
  • Focused and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable in high pressure situations.
  • An effective communicator in French and English.
  • Willing and able to travel within the subject territory for work purposes (valid Driver's license is a must)
  • Precise in your work and methods.
