Tasks
Install and adjust tools as well as certain control devices on machines and equipment.
Manage the operation of production equipment, verify the quality of the work performed, and make adjustments and corrections as needed.
Use the appropriate tools to ensure that the hardness of metals meets specified tolerances.
Complete control forms accurately and appropriately.
Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules and assist maintenance staff in case of equipment failure.
Stay informed about production processes related to your tasks and report any anomalies to your direct supervisor.
Transport and move materials and equipment, either manually or using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, rolling tables, hoists, or pallets.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or Diploma of College Studies (DEC) relevant to the position (Annex V).
Secondary School Diploma (DES) with 7 years of experience in mechanics (successful completion of the entrance test required).
Ability to operate a motorized device (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
