Tasks

• Oversee departmental activities, ensuring goals are met through optimal management of human, financial, and material resources.
• Strengthen team performance and engagement by effectively managing aspects such as discipline, conflict resolution, attendance, punctuality, overtime, recognition, and professional development.
• Supervise and coordinate field teams, including employees, team leaders, and specialists.
• Supervise equipment management and maintenance.
• Optimize work processes and ensure departmental operational profitability.
• Apply SSA-TOYOTA management methods.
• Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements

• Completed DEC in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
