Your future role on our team

You’ll be responsible for the proposal library, tracking business development documents (project sheets and employee profiles) and client compliance platforms. You’ll be required to audit, integrate and edit content to ensure relevance and accuracy. You'll develop strategies for adding and updating content, coordinate reviews with subject matter experts and implement SEO practices to optimize information accessibility. You’ll also promote content and effectively provide the necessary information for preparing proposals or updating client compliance platforms.

More specifically, you’ll be required to:

  • Audit existing content: assess the relevance and compliance of current content in the proposal library.
  • Develop a content strategy: develop a new strategy for adding and updating proposal content regularly.
  • Integrate and edit new content: add newly developed content to proposals, ensuring there are no duplicates and that content is accurate, clear and optimized.
  • Coordinate content reviews: organize review cycles with relevant subject matter experts to ensure content quality.
  • Optimize content searches: implement a best-practice structure and strategies to improve content accessibility, while providing relevant snippets to various collaborators.
  • Promote content: implement various strategies to promote content and facilitate information retrieval.
  • Manage supplier collaboration: ensure effective collaboration and relationship management with the online library supplier.
  • Update client compliance platforms: use content from the online library to update client compliance platforms.
  • Track business development documents: monitor business development documents, such as corporate project sheets and employee profiles.

Summary of certifications and job requirements

  • University degree in information and archive management, communication, business administration, literature or other related fields
  • At least five years of relevant experience (in a range of fields) or any other combination of relevant education and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Asset: bilingual (English and French)
  • Asset: experience in the engineering sector
