  • Provide technical assistance to users, answer questions, and resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware, whether remotely or in person.
  • Work closely with the team on analyzing complex issues (Level 3).

  • Document identified problems and ensure requests are transferred to service providers as needed.
  • Document recurring issues in technical sheets available to employees.

  • Handle IT equipment upon the arrival and departure of employees.
  • Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with both employees and service providers or subcontractors.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.

In Your Bag:

  • A university degree in Computer Science or a technical diploma in IT with relevant experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience in IT within a technical support environment.
  • Knowledge of PC and Mac environments.
  • Experience with Egnyte, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other SaaS (Software as a Service) is a plus.

Desired Qualities:

  • Have a genuine desire to assist employees: demonstrate empathy, initiative, and curiosity in finding solutions.
  • Exhibit skills in priority and time management.
  • Continue to acquire knowledge in IT and stay updated on industry best practices and standards.

Maybe up to now you've been thinking this is too easy. Here's the catch… We're not just looking for someone who can meet the mission's objectives and has the right tools in their bag. We're also looking for someone who will bring a unique personality to our team along with their own endearing quirks.

Your Benefits:

  • Flexible and hybrid work schedule.
  • A work environment where you can both rely on others and have fun.
  • Numerous opportunities for professional development.
