Your future role on our team
This position is under the leadership of the Vice-President, Practice of Refinery Leadership Partners, member of BBA. Join BBA and make the most of your experience by actively contributing to help design and facilitate executive development programs. Additionally, you'll support organizational development consulting services in cultural transformation and change leadership. You'll work closely with a group of dedicated individuals who care deeply about supporting client organizational development efforts and ensuring the highest standards of consulting excellence. This role will help advance our client work by building exceptional relationships and expanding our services at Refinery and within a client portfolio.
