An overview of your mandates and responsibilities


We're looking for a visionary who can engage, lead and develop a growing team while actively contributing to the firm's projects.

Strategic and operational leadership

  • Lead the annual strategic plan and ensure regional objectives are met
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and communities to increase BBA's visibility and presence in the region
  • Inspire the team and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Ensure operational excellence by optimizing processes and adhering to health and safety standards

Talent management and engagement

  • Recruit and integrate top talent to build an outstanding team
  • Coach, guide and develop employees to support their professional growth
  • Establish a stimulating work environment that encourages creativity and engagement

Technical contribution

  • Supervise the production of engineering reports and technical documents
  • Work with other BBA offices to share best practices
  • Support projects in the field and mentor junior engineers

Profile and essential skills

  • University degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and engaging multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong interest in business and organizational development
  • Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
  • Asset: member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
