Our In-Service Readiness (ISR) department, in charge of supporting customers on different aspects such as Operation and Maintenance, Technical Publication, Training, and Special Tools, recruits a person to be part of the logistic support analysis (LSA) team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance studies on rolling stock equipment.

The selected candidate will perform the following tasks:

  • Analyze, optimize and validate support and maintenance elements from the design stage:
    • Level of repair, maintainability
    • Propose design improvements and optimizations to integrate maintenance constraints
  • Guarantee the export of our LSA requirements to our suppliers through tenders
  • Use operational feedback to improve service strategy
  • Perform maintainability demonstrations
  • Produce LSA deliverables:
    • Maintenance Plan
    • Evaluate the maintenance cost of the systems over the service life (LCC - Life Cycle Cost)
    • Create the initial Provisioning List (IPL) of Spares & Capital Spare parts


In order to be able to execute the responsibilities above, you will be working with internal and external partners. In addition, you will be constantly liaising between partners and businesses to contribute to the project's success. Your technical expertise will be needed in order to deliver the different projects with high quality and on time and to efficiently support the business.


Role requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years experience in a Service Engineering environment.
  • Good communication skills in English or French.
  • Knowledge of rolling stock products and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the engineering product structure.
  • Knowledge of the following applications is strongly recommended: SAP, MS Office suite, Outlook, and Catia.

In addition to the technical skill:

  • You are an action-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are a self-starter and a result-oriented person. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are an important asset.
