Le titulaire de ce poste sera chargé de gérer tous les aspects de la relation client liés à la connaissance des produits, en fournissant une assistance commerciale et technique aux distributeurs, aux clients, aux utilisateurs finaux et aux rédacteurs de cahiers des charges. Il devra assurer l'interface avec les équipes d'ingénieurs pluridisciplinaires et l'équipe commerciale afin de combler le fossé technique et d'assurer la présence de l'ingénierie lors des réunions avec les clients.
L'ingénieur commercial travaillera en collaboration avec le service des ventes internes et les autres membres de l'équipe, ainsi qu'avec les canaux de vente de nos fournisseurs et la direction, afin d'atteindre ou de dépasser les quotas de vente mensuels avec la marge brute appropriée, tout en augmentant la satisfaction des clients. L'ingénieur commercial travaillera avec l'équipe d'ingénierie PCRO pour aider à rationaliser les stratégies de marketing de l'équipe commerciale afin d'avoir le meilleur impact possible sur le client. En vendant à tous les niveaux, il devra comprendre les applications et les stratégies des clients et collaborer avec l'équipe afin de proposer les meilleures solutions pour les besoins des clients.

Position Overview:
The primary function of the PCRO Sales Engineer is to contribute to the process of selling assigned product lines to targeted customers in key market areas in close collaboration with key stakeholders. This position will be responsible to support assigned sales goals consistent with the expectations of a thoroughly seasoned professional sales engineer for the assigned product categories by providing deep and broad technical consultation to drive customer awareness and education on the value of Alstom’s portfolio of offerings. This position will have the responsibility to manage all product knowledge aspects of the customer relationship, providing sales and technical assistance with distributors, customers, end users and specifiers. It will require interfacing with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and the sales team to help bridge the technical gap and provide engineering presence for the customer meetings.
The Sales Engineer will work cooperatively with inside sales and other members of the team, as well as with our supplier’s sales channels and management to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineering will work with PCRO Engineering team to help streamline the marketing strategies for Sales Team to best impact the customer. Selling at all levels, they will have to understand the customer's applications and strategies and collaborate with the team to propose the best solutions for their customers’ requirements.
