Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent

Tasks

• Ensure full adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures, safeguarding the well-being of our team
• Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful execution of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities.
• Actively review mechanical maintenance needs with the production team on a daily basis, making adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Conduct in-depth maintenance performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and guiding the team toward enhanced efficiency.
• assist in developing and executing the annual mechanical budget, ensuring financial efficiency while aligning with the company's operational goals.
• Perform all other tasks required by the position.

Job requirements

• BAC in Mechanical Engineering.
• Solid experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance team management.
• Strong bilingualism (both written and spoken).
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of SAP.
