Location: Ville St-Laurent Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 annually, negotiable based on experience Job category: Sales Type of job: Permanent Schedule: Day shift, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Tasks

  • Meet with clients to analyze their needs and understand their expectations regarding office furniture layout.
  • Participate in the design of furniture layout plans using AutoCAD software and prepare detailed proposals.
  • Present personalized offers to clients with accompanying visual documents (technical plans, 3D renderings, illustrations, etc.).
  • Make necessary corrections to plans based on client requests.
  • Ensure thorough follow-up on projects and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Prepare and write the necessary documentation for order management.
  • Organize and coordinate the delivery and installation of equipment and furniture.
  • Perform post-sale follow-ups.
  • Develop and manage a client portfolio by making targeted calls and meetings.
  • Actively promote the company's products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Perform other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Must own a vehicle in good condition and have a valid driver's license (required for travel).
  • Advanced proficiency in English to interact with a diverse clientele (50% or more of communications are in English).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Significant experience in sales to both business (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients.
  • Experience in the sale of modular office furniture (a strong asset).
  • Understanding of the office furniture sector (a strong asset).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD software (a strong asset).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially intermediate knowledge of Excel and Outlook).
