Tasks
Manage on-site personnel, including task organization, supervision, and performance monitoring.
Support daily operations by optimizing workflow and meeting operational needs.
Ensure workplace health and safety management (WHS), including regular inspections and incident prevention.
Communicate and collaborate with various departments (logistics, transport, human resources) to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
Plan and organize resources (personnel, equipment) to meet production and quality requirements.
Ensure ongoing training and skill development for team members.
Participate in inventory management, including inventory tracking and restocking.
Perform all other related duties to support warehouse objectives.

Job requirements
At least 7 years of experience in personnel management within a distribution center.
Functional knowledge of the English language, in order to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients.
