We are looking for a Laboratory Technician within the research center. You will be responsible for monitoring and carrying out the mechanical or electromechanical tests that we carry out on parts, sub-assemblies or chassis of our various products.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Perform and monitor laboratory tests according to current or developing specifications, procedures and methods;
Carry out or have carried out, modify and maintain the assemblies, the assemblies can combine different fields such as mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics as well as basic electronics;
Observe, record, compile, communicate results and ensure the integrity of results.
Analyze, identify problems, summarize and objectively compare results to specifications or other references,
Research, suggest, develop, adapt, challenge and collaborate in the implementation of test procedures and methods;
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
D.E.C. in mechanical or electrical engineering or electrotechnical engineering or equivalent;
Ability to communicate verbally in French and English in a variety of situations or to read, write or transcribe reports;
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Access (ability to use a computer);
Experience in the design and realization of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic assemblies;
Analytical and synthesis;
Good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks;
