Test Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician within the research center. You will be responsible for monitoring and carrying out the mechanical or electromechanical tests that we carry out on parts, sub-assemblies or chassis of our various products.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Perform and monitor laboratory tests according to current or developing specifications, procedures and methods;

• Carry out or have carried out, modify and maintain the assemblies, the assemblies can combine different fields such as mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics as well as basic electronics;

• Observe, record, compile, communicate results and ensure the integrity of results.

• Analyze, identify problems, summarize and objectively compare results to specifications or other references,

• Research, suggest, develop, adapt, challenge and collaborate in the implementation of test procedures and methods;

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• D.E.C. in mechanical or electrical engineering or electrotechnical engineering or equivalent;

• Ability to communicate verbally in French and English in a variety of situations or to read, write or transcribe reports;

• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Access (ability to use a computer);

• Experience in the design and realization of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic assemblies;

• Analytical and synthesis;

• Good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks;
