Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? To ensure our Resident Members' peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Repair appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer)
• Answering calls to tenants' homes
• Manage your parts and appliance inventory and place appliance orders
• Ability to move appliances
• Good sense of observation
• Ability to identify and resolve problems
• Good communication
• Evening and weekend availability in case of emergency
• Ability to work with an electronic tablet (Ipad)

Professional requirements:

• Diploma of Vocational Studies in Appliance Repair
• Two years of experience in appliance repair

Technical requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Car mandatory
• Language: French mandatory

Non-technical requirements:

• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Good knowledge of the techniques and practices used in the practice of the trade
• Ability to work independently and perform work according to the rules of the trade and established procedures
• Ability to work with a digital tablet
• Ability to assess and control the risks of the trade and to take the necessary precautionary measures
• Own your own appliance repair tools
