Do you have experience in building maintenance and renovations? To ensure our Resident Members' peace of mind, we are looking for a talented candidate to address all maintenance requests and emergencies. If you are passionate about fixing things, good with your hands, and mechanically adept, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for various deliveries, as needed
Perform all surrounding ground and building maintenance related tasks
Collect garbage
Help various building trade Associates regarding handling materials and equipment
Any other required maintenance building tasks except tasks allotted to cleaners or requiring a competency card
Perform any associated tasks as per supervisor's request
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Experience in maintenance
Vocation diploma in building maintenance
Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
Technical Requirements:
Working knowledge of French both verbal and written
Valid driver's license, class 5
High school diploma
Non-Technical Requirements:
Good knowledge of techniques and practices in use in this line of work
Capacity to work and perform tasks according to best practices and methods and established procedures
Good judgment, sense of direction and capacity to evaluate and control work hazards and take necessary precautions
Ability to operate a motorized vehicle
Be tactful and diplomatic
