We are looking for energetic, experienced Aluminum Welders to manufacture Custom Signs in our Lloydminster Fabrication Department. The majority of this position is FABRICATION. We are looking for the person who can read drawings, cut materials, assemble, *and* weld. Everything we build is custom.

We are more than happy to hire skilled finishing carpenters with a willingness to learn how to weld or basic welding knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and follow complex drawings.
• Ensure accuracy of specification prior to production.
• Correctly read and understand complex measurements.
• Assembly of signs and/or repairs to existing signs.
• Cut, assemble, and weld Aluminum material.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required from time to time.
• Maintain work area in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
• Punctual employee is a must!

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Able to read and interpret standard drawings to build signs to customer specifications.
  
• Skilled with the use of hand and power tools.
  
• Welding/fabrication (Aluminum/Steel)
• Communication skills, verbal and written are a must. Able to work in a team environment and individually.
• Physically Fit - Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership, positive attitude, and work ethic.
• Know, understand, and comply with all company expectations as per Health and Safety requirements. Attend and complete all required training.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Experienced welding/fabrication or carpentry skills.
• WHMIS 2015

Full-time: Monday to Friday

Ability to work OT required, as needed.
