About this opportunity:
The Lead Field Operator will have a local focus on the Saskatchewan Gathering System (SGS) by giving guidance and mentorship to field operators of the Terminals, Booster Stations, NGL Operations, LACTs as well as support the Pipeline gathering systems.
The successful candidate will ensure that Regulatory & Compliance inspections and checks are completed and uploaded in a timely matter. Complete LOD 1 and other audits of the of the Saskatchewan Gathering System.
What you'll do:
Partner with all Midstream Business Units, Third Party Vendors, & various local community members
Lead Saskatchewan Gathering System (SGS) Team cross-shift meetings, as well as maintenance and operation scheduling CAP-O assessor responsibilities.
Promote and support all government and corporate Policies and Procedures
Promote and support a strong safety culture, including Incident Reporting and Investigations Standards
Provide on-call coverage when required.
Support key initiatives and special projects as they arise (COIMS, Continuous Improvement)
Lead maintenance team in the Planning, Scheduling, and execution of Maintenance work
Identify and report any opportunities for improvement through the MOC process.
Daily usage of SAP for inputting notifications, updating, and closing out of work orders and requesting PO's to be generated
Who you are:
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
10+ years' experience, or 9 years' experience plus Journeyman trades
100% of Safety Critical Competencies complete.
100% of required Competencies complete.
Demonstrated Leadership skills.
Experience working with SAP or other SCM systems.
Midstream experience is an asset.
