Production Team Leader

We're looking for a Production Team leader to join our Oriented Strand Board (OSB) mill located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Meadow Lake employs 155 employees and safely and sustainably produces 680 million square feet of OSB every year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Completion of Grade 12.
  • Completion of Post-Secondary Education in engineering, wood sciences, or a related Program.
  • Completion of a supervisory or leadership certificate, is considered an asset.
  • 3 - 5 years experience within a manufacturing setting, with wood products manufacturing preferred.
  • 2 - 3 years experience leading a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
