The Asset Management Coordinator supports the Technical and Engineering Services (TES) department in managing maintenance spend and capital projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements at the Regina Site. This role involves facilitating online procurement and capital planning tools, such as SAP PS and PPM, while collaborating with third-party vendors and BASF support functions to ensure the successful execution of purchase orders, invoicing, and payments.

As an Asset Management Coordinator, you create chemistry by...

• Providing Administration and support for Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes for the Regina site including purchase requisitions and invoice service entry transactions in SAP.
• Ensuring indirect procurement activities at the Regina site comply to corporate policies including contractor oversight and controls.
• Supporting CAPEX processes in PS and PPM systems, maintaining register of future projects and supporting Project Managers in maintaining project systems.
• Supporting data requests as required for regulatory reporting for utilities and contractor activity.
• Providing support as required for direct procurement activities, including purchase of production materials, and logistics costs, etc.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to colleagues with occasional indirect supervision / oversight of P2P tasks completed by site admin.

If you have...

• A BAdmin in Business or equivalent field or equivalent experience.
• 3 or more years of experience working within a maintenance or similar department.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, such as SAP in a Maintenance environment.
• Experience with SAP based procurement programs preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft suite of software (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient use of excel in the use of financial reporting and capital planning.
• Ability to interpret and apply capital expense definition per BASF policy.
• Working knowledge of regulatory bodies and their applicability towards financial reporting, and local tax laws.
• Excellent customer orientation and focus, as well as communication skills verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively with vendors and contractors while developing strong relationships.
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Ability to work efficiently in and adapt to, changing priorities.
