SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative, in collaboration with the Sales Representative, will perform daily duties within the sales department to transport freight as efficiently as possible. Duties include building loads, tracking loads, and communicating the distribution of loads with the Dispatch team, Q-Line drivers and customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, effective time management, and strong customer focus.
