Job Description

Here at PaulDavis Restoration, we help others recover after they have suffered from unexpected property damage caused by water, mould, smoke, fire, vandalism, storms or other maladies! Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our team.
The candidate must have a valid driver's license, be able to pass drug and criminal background checks, and be available to be "on-call" after hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

-Professionally represent Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity while performing all duties according to Paul Davis standards and approved practices.
-Communicate with management & customers in a courteous and professional manner
-Provide labor for emergency property damage caused by water, fire, mould, storm or other means.
-Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading or unloading materials
-Assisting in the building or construction of various things
-Some specialized tasks may require on-the-job training, which we provide
-Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the Jobsite/assignment
-Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor
-Maintain transport, store and keep track of company equipment and expendables.
-Be able to use a smartphone to take/share job photos, record work time sheets etc.
-Comfortable with technology, able to learn new skills, work as a team member and follow directions.
-Perform on-call rotation as needed.
-Follow established safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required.
-Willing to work with other departments at Paul Davis as needed for light carpentry, demolition, post-construction cleaning etc.
Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
