Caframo Lab Solutions (CLS) is seeking a dedicated Sales and Customer Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team for the upcoming year. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a motivated and supportive technical team to manage accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and support our laboratory customers.

Compensation: $66,000 - $84,000 per annum inclusive of full benefits after 3 months.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, solving problems, understanding product applications, and offering technical support.
  • Strengthen customer relationships by expanding connections and deepening engagement.
  • Drive sales by identifying and pursuing business opportunities that align with strategic objectives and goals.
  • Maintain an organized CRM system, logging interactions, contacts, and market insights.
  • Share knowledge on products and markets with distributors to grow the Caframo brand. Support Distributor Sale Reps through training and coaching, both in person and online.
  • Support in executing Tradeshows for End Users and Distributors by planning, attending, and measuring ROI.
  • Collaborate with Marketing by providing customer feedback to help with website content, newsletters, and product sheets.
  • Assist in gaining VOC knowledge for product development projects.
  • Stay updated on competitors and new market entrants to find growth opportunities.
  • Administer and run reports on business activities to make data-informed decisions.
  • Be a product expert with the technical competency to operate and troubleshoot our products to gain sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you bring:

  • Post-secondary degree in science, business, engineering or a related combination or field of study or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer relations position.
  • Experience in research and/or a laboratory setting is an asset.
  • Strong negotiating, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • Learning agility with the ability to pivot and shift priorities as needed.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and self-motivation.
  • Trade show experience is an asset.
  • Ability to travel throughout North America.
