Our Virtual Events Department is at the forefront of innovation, providing unparalleled learning experiences to a global audience.

We are seeking a motivated and multi-faceted Summer Intern to join our Virtual Events team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in event management, marketing, and client relations while contributing to high-profile virtual events.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:

• Create and manage deadlines for each webcast, ensuring client adherence.

• Assist in the review of all webcast deliverables to maintain high-quality standards.

Content Creation & Presentation:

• Learn how to develop slide decks and assist in creating scripts for moderators.

• Identify weaknesses in presentations and suggest improvements.

• Monitor prep calls and dry runs with clients to discuss strategy, deliverables, and expectations.

Platform Management:

• Learn how to build and deploy registration pages on platforms such as On24 and WordPress.

• Assist in uploading attendee lists and other data into the On24 system.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

• Interest or experience in project management or virtual event planning, preferably within the financial industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn virtual event platforms such as On24.

• Basic image editing skills (e.g., Canva).

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
