Caractéristiques souhaitées
Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans les domaines du terrain, de la construction et/ou du commerce et des ventes
Excellentes compétences en informatique personnelle, y compris la maîtrise de Excel et Word
Excellent sens des affaires, compréhension approfondie de la mission et de la portée des affaires
Expérience avec l'application des principes et outils Lean tels que la chaîne de valeur et l'amélioration continue
Certification Green Belt
Capacité à réfléchir à des changements de processus qui permettront la mise en œuvre de nouveaux outils de collecte de données dans un processus existant
Excellentes capacités d'influence et de facilitation. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement matriciel et à travailler efficacement sur le plan interfonctionnel
Créativité démontrée et capacité à diriger et à motiver une équipe et à être responsable des résultats de l'équipe afin de livrer un produit de haute qualité dans les délais et dans les limites du budget

Essential Responsibilities
Read, understand, and analyze the Project Contract in terms of QA/QC.
Provide the Contract QA/QC requirements to the Project Team and support Function Kick-Off meetings to ensure that all Contract specific requirements are transmitted to all stakeholders.
Define the Project specific processes and documents as per Contract Requirements and/or to meet Customer quality requirements.
Consolidate lessons learned from projects in order to make them actionable to prevent issues.
Develop and Issue the Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan.
Ensure all product compliance requirements are properly addressed in the quality package.
Implement, support, and monitor compliance with project processes & tools.
Prepare and Coordinate with Customer and Supply Chain quality Inspections as per ITP.
Ensure execution as per GE requirements (valid documents, control plan).
Ensure quality records are created as per required.
Ensure the execution of the process from Red Mark to As-Build documentation.
Coordinate processes related to quality and growth initiatives including traditional Quality, Six Sigma (DMAIC and Lean), and working with the assigned project team and commercial bid managers
Lead the overall Quality strategy and execution plan for assigned projects and tendering opportunities.
Own quality deliverables and KPIs for assigned projects, working with the project team to meet deadlines and deliver under budget.
Work with Project Team, and the customer-specific engineering team(s) on execution.
Recognize potential shortfalls in design processes and develop corrective actions to reduce defects. Leadership includes CoPQ reduction actions as well as monitoring and auditing for effectiveness.
Perform RCAs (root cause analysis) and execute corrective actions.
Manage key customer technical quality issues.
Interface with internal and external team members including end customer
Coordinate lessons learned sharing and implementation for assigned projects and tendering opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university (or a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering)
Minimum of 3 years of quality engineering experience in increasingly responsible roles
Must be willing and available to travel including internationally
Must be willing to comply with all relevant GE company travel and tax policies
Fluent English and French
Project Management Experience
Desired Characteristics
Possess 3 - 5 years of experience in field / construction and/or commercial / sales areas
Excellent personal computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and Word
Strong business acumen, fully understand the mission and scope of business
Experience with application of Lean principles and tools such as Value Stream and Continual Improvement
Green Belt Certified
Ability to brainstorm process changes that will enable implementation of new data collection tools in an existing process
Excellent influencing and facilitation skills. Ability to work in a matrix environment and to work effectively cross functionally.
Demonstrated creativity and ability to lead and motivate a team and be accountable for team results in order to deliver a high-quality product on time and under budget
Ability to act as a change agent. Familiarity with CAP.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to present ideas to stakeholders to generate buy-in for new quality tools, processes and dashboards
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Established project management skills.
